Returns and Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free! The OFS product you are returning must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and the item must be in original condition.
Refunds
We will send you an email after the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team - Provided the item is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund and return shipping fees.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to ten business days for your credit card provider to process your refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
